Civitanova Marche has earned its ìBlue Flagî for the fourth consecutive year. From 1987 the Fee International gives this important prize, the Blue Flag, to the coastal town which have particular qualifications as regard to environment and cheerful acceptance. This international organization has awarded the town of Civitanova Marche.

In fact, the whole coast comes up to the international control parameters of coast and water quality, services and safety measures. The harbour and the mouth of the Chienti river make an exception because they are excluded by the normative. It is a success that awards the town and all the operators of the tourist and environmental sectors, and of the environmental education.
